Mindfulness meditation practise group. Sustain, develop and deepen your meditation and mindfulness practice. Meditate with others. Each class includes mindful movement, gentle breath work and a guided meditation as well as inspiration to bring more presence, connection and joy into your daily life.
Classes are payable by the term, 8 sessions, Tuesdays 5:45-6:30pm starting Tuesday 30th April.
